Autograph letters by Landseer to various correspondents concerning gallery exhibitions, portrait sittings, painting prices, copyright, and social engagements. There are also two signed and dated drawings in pencil of a horse and a dog, as well as one signed and dated etching of donkeys. Also includes three letters from his brother Charles Landseer to Charles H. Hills, one letter from Sir Francis Grant to Charles H. Hills, and one letter from his brother Thomas Landseer to Charles H. Hills.
